GREEN TIE GALA
This extraordinary event began in 2016 and has raised over $270,000 through the 2020 gala. The funds have been made available to the District to support a variety of educational programs for student of Mayfield City Schools. Thank you to our past sponsors and business partners who have donated funds, products and/or services to the Gala.
ANNUAL PROGRAMS
Art Show
Every year, Mayfield’s students, Kindergarten through High School seniors, have the chance to share their artistic talents with the Community when their works are displayed in the atrium of Hillcrest Hospital. Student art includes drawings, mixed media, print media, digital art and multimedia. The Art Show exemplifies the importance of art and art education and the commitment of the District’s art teachers to the students.
HALL OF FAME INDUCTION ceremony
The Hall of Fame recognizes graduates of Mayfield who have made significant contributions to their fields as well as to society. The induction ceremony takes place each year as part of Homecoming weekend which includes the bonfire, parade, assembly, luncheon, induction dinner, tailgate party and the Homecoming halftime ceremony.
science SHOWCASE
The Science Showcase is held annually at Mayfield High School. Teachers and students in grades K-12 highlight the innovative and collaborative lessons as well as the hands-on learning that take place each day in their classrooms. The highlight of the evening is the Cardboard Boat Regatta that is held in the High School pool.
